Please review these essential policies before confirming your booking.
Payment Policy
A nominal, non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit is essential to cover initial administrative and preparatory costs.
- An advance non-refundable deposit of USD 50 is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance of the total trip cost must be settled in full prior to the start date of the journey.
- We accept all major currencies. Payments are converted using the official exchange rate determined by the Nepal Rastra Bank on the day of payment.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to cancellations (e.g., flight delays, health issues, family emergencies). In such cases, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid, minus the USD 50 non-refundable booking deposit.
Note: International bank transfers for refunds may incur processing delays beyond our control. For immediate refunds, local currency payment options are available upon request.
Porter Weight Limit
A strict maximum weight limit of 20 kg per porter is enforced for the safety and well-being of our support staff. This limit is non-negotiable. We recommend baggage weight remain between 13-16 kg.
Flexible Return
We offer high flexibility on your return date. If you return early, you will be refunded for the unused days. If you return late, you will be charged for the extra days upon your arrival back at the base.
We encourage guests to use this to rest, explore cities, or spend extra time in the mountains.
Travel Insurance
It is mandatory for all guests to possess their own comprehensive personal travel insurance covering emergency medical expenses, evacuation, and repatriation.
Please note: We only provide insurance coverage for our employed guides and porters.
